March 4th Xl v Willingham 2nd XI : Saturday, August 27, 2011
 

The 4th Xl clinched the CCA Junior League Division 5A championship with a two wicket win at Willingham 2nd Xl, as they season came to a successful end.

Former skipper Glen Hulley and James Mortlock took three wickets apiece in the home side's 98 all out. Hulley snapped up 3-32 off 10 overs and Mortlock, who normally keeps wicket, 3-7 off 3.2 overs.

March didn't make their normal solid start and it needed a solid 25 from skipper Bill Hilliard, 18 from Manuj Patel and 17 from Steve Impey to see them home to 99-8 in reply.
